Personal injury and Estate Planning, VA Pension Planning and Elder Law attorney Wallace R. Nichols focuses his practice on traumatic brain and/or spinal injury cause by motor vehicle accidents and asset protection, legacy planning and wealth accumulation and protection strategies.  For 20 years, he has successfully helped clients protect their rights against creditors and predators, to obtain the compensation they deserve, to preserve clients' estates and legacies and develop wealth accumulation and transfer strategies to ensure distribution in accord with clients' intentions to the fullest extent of the law. 

Mr. Nichols began practice in 1992 engaged in general litigation with a concentration in family law (high conflict resolution) until circa 2001. He continued in 2001-2002 with a broadened general civil practice, expanding into immigration as well as family law. From 2005 – the present, Mr. Nichols has narrowed the focus of his practice to general civil litigation: personal injury; consumer fraud; contracts litigation.

Mr. Nichols is a Member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the Academy of VA Pension Planners, the American Association for Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Atlanta Bar Association, DeKalb County Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
